"Smart" Univ. of Delaware Students Hold Cinco de Mayo Party Mocking Hispanics

5/10/07- Apparently students in an honors fraternity at the University of Delaware are real "smart"… They thought holding a Cinco de Mayo party, mocking Hispanics would be great fun. They dressed up as gardeners wearing shirts with labels like “Pedro”
